The nose wheel, mains, mains-spar attach bracket and sundry accouterments are all on their way from Australia...The kit comes from an RV-7A that was converted to tailwheel. So it's strong enough, may be a bit over-built, but I'm good with that. I will likely install the Anti-Splat "nose job" nose re-enforcement as I fly out of grass 90% of the time.
50/50 odds the mains bracket will have wholes aligned to my spar (very different design). I'll bring it to my welder and have him fill them, grind them flat and match new wholes.
